4. What if the group using our facility doesn't have its own insurance?

Point them to TULIP insurance for groups renting church space. The group can get a quote and buy liability coverage online, for a single event or ongoing use, and receive a certificate of insurance naming your church as an additional insured. Your facility use agreement can then ask for that certificate before the group uses the space.
